Biography

Kathy Conde is Associate Editor for Bombay Gin, Naropa University’s literary magazine. She earned an MFA from Naropa in Writing and Poetics. Her work has appeared in Appalachian Heritage, Calapooya, Camas, CutThroat, Nexus, Orbis, Piedmont Literary Review, Pilgrimage, Poetry East, Skylark Magazine, The Lyric, and Trespass. She has taught poetry workshops for teens in the Poetry for People program.

She has lived in the Rocky Mountain West, herding cattle and training horses, and in Spain, teaching English as a second language, and has traveled in South America, India, Nepal, Japan, and Europe. She now lives in Colorado with her husband and son.
